How to Indulge in Guilty Pleasures...and Please Him!

Entertain yourself, satisfy him, and bring that spark back into your relationship!

Our Reality TV Shows- Many of us have dates at least once a week with one (or many) flaming hot, spontaneous, tantalizing reality T.V shows. Instead of just watching Dancing with The Stars, So You Think You Can Dance, or America's Best Dance Crew, live it!

Salsa dancing is very intimate. It brings couples together emotionally and physically since they learn how to interact with their partner on another level. Salsa dancing builds confidence and it's a great way of staying fit without going to the boring gym! Men basically dominate the dance floor with confidence as they are in control of their partner. The increase in their level of control and confidence means their level of testosterone is going up too!

Chocolate & Wine- The age-old guilty pleasure. Instead of ducking into closets, or hiding behind ledges counting your calorie consumption and wondering whether your jeans will still fit; relax and share these treats with your man.

Why: Phenylethylamine and serotonin act as mood lifters which are ingredients in chocolate. Wine relaxes our bodies and stimulates our senses, enhancing any romantic interlude.

Stalking your Man on Facebook- You know you do it! You examine his page for girls leaving flirty comments, you gawk at his pictures which act as a constant reminder of how lucky you are to have him.

Why: Everyone likes to be acknowledged. Send him a message and tell him how much you miss him! Or be a little risque and give him a preview of what will happen when he comes home, or what you're wearing!

New Season, New You!

New Season, New You!
How to take your old wardrobe and make it new again:

How often do we look into our closet and see a never-ending array of options but still seem to have nothing to wear? Today’s fashion is all about mixing old with new and expensive with inexpensive. Here is a look at how to take common pieces and turn your “blah” wardrobe into some new popular looks for winter.

A Lunch Date:
Taking any loose fitting, plain top, throwing on a belt and a cropped blazer dresses up an outfit but keeps it casual, perfect for a lunch date. For days when bare legs are not weather permitted, try pairing the outfit with tights and a pair for high boots. A sweater in place of the blazer can keep the outfit casual and keep you warm on cooler days.

Girls Night Out:
For a casual night out with girls try a high-waisted skirt with a plain shit tucked in and a belt to accessorize. If it’s a chilly night add your own touch with neutral or coloured tights and a sweater or cropped jacket. Accessorize with a necklace, scarf or hat. Dress it up with heels or keep it cool and casual with boots.

A Walk in the Park:
The following outfit is perfect for a cooler afternoon and can be worn for a walk in the park or a day shopping with friends. A comfortable flowing top paired with basic leggings and a simple jean vest makes an easy casual look fashionable and creative. To easily accessorize and not over do your look try layering chain necklaces or throwing on a scarf.

Dinner & A Movie
The following outfit is perfect for a dinner date and comfortable enough to cozy up to your date in a movie theater. A basic tank tucked into a pair of dark skinny jeans with a sweater and jacket. Accessorize with a belt and necklace and keep warm with a hat and scarf. Keep it simple with a pair of comfortable boots for those cooler nights.

Sunday Brunch:
For a Sunday out with the family this flirty yet conservative look will keep you warm and fashionable without over doing it. To stay warm in the winter months wear a heavier material and pair the dress with thicker tights. Throw on a belt to create a narrower waistline and jazz up a simple dress. Wear a longer neutral sweater to keep warm and match it with a stylish hat or scarf and a pair of tall boots.
